About Dr. Folusha

Dr. Folusha is the go-to expert for all things health and fitness, as seen on Channel 4’s 21 Day Body Turnaround with Michael Mosely.

She is a practising NHS GP, with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Medicine and Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer. Her unique professional background and extensive knowledge allows her to provide high-quality evidence based advice to her clients and beyond.

She takes a unique, holistic approach to health and fitness by combining with her medical background with exercise medicine and personal training and is well known for her fun instructing style and HIIT workout classes as well as her knowledge.

FIIT x FORM Live: Weightlifting Workshop

If you’re new to weight training or you’re a regular lifter who wants to improve but you’ve never had any proper feedback on your technique… this event is for you!

Why? Because FORM is everything! If your form is poor then your workouts won’t be effective, you won’t see the results you want and you might even get injured.

So come along to practice your lifts with me, in an intimate small group, expand your knowledge and improve your skills.
