She is a practising NHS GP, with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Medicine and Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer. Her unique professional background and extensive knowledge allows her to provide high-quality evidence based advice to her clients and beyond.
She takes a unique, holistic approach to health and fitness by combining with her medical background with exercise medicine and personal training and is well known for her fun fitness instructing style and HIIT workout classes.
