FORM Weightlifting Workshop

Form, Fitness & Fun! All abilities welcome.

If you’re new to weight training or you’re a regular lifter who wants to improve but need some feedback on your technique… then this event is for you! 🤩
Why? Because FORM is everything! If your form is poor then your workouts won’t be effective, you won’t see the results you want and you might even get injured!
So come along to practice your lifts with me IRL, in an intimate small group, expand your knowledge and improve your skills!
The last workshop was held on the 27th Nov 2022. It was a great afternoon, everyone got involved and there was some incredible lifting!
