Why I became a personal trainer?

Working as a doctor for over 10 years, I have always been passionate about helping people be better. I believe that exercise is medicine. However, I often felt frustrated as I would not have the time or opportunity to really explore this with my patients. My patients would also always complain that they were often bombarded with so much conflicting information and advice and they didn’t know what to believe or who to trust.

That is why I became a personal trainer and coach. I want to use my own personal experience, medical expertise and fitness knowledge to provide you with reliable, trustworthy advice to help you become the stronger, fitter, healthier version of you that you want to be!

And make sure you have some fun whilst doing so!

My Mission

I’m on a misssion to help women gain confidence, transform their bodies and improve their health, without over-restriction or giving up the things they love. It’s all about finding balance.

Honestly, there are not enough women in the health & fitness industry and there is not enough trustworthy information out there to support women on their journeys. Plus so much of what we see and hear is focused on size and restriction, rather than strength and empowerment.

It wasn’t until I ditched my fear, sought out reliable advice and followed an effective plan, that I truly realised both the physical and mental benefits of exercise, particularly strength training.

By using the latest evidence-based methods, no gimmicks or magic pills, I will help you change not just your body but also your mind, perspective and attitude to exercise and health.

I have developed my own method to guarantee results. My 4 Keys to Success: Training, Nutrition, Lifestyle and Mindset. Find your balance in these 4 key areas and you will reach your goals!

I have a particular interest strength and conditioning for women, throughout all stages of their lives. I hold a diploma in Obsteterics & Gynaecology and have experience working with pre and post natal women too.

How can I help you?

I like to keep fit and live a healthy lifestyle whilst also trying to have a maintain a fulfulling personal and social life. So, trust me, I know how hard it can be to to balance all the moving parts! Plus being constantly bombarded with confusing information on how to improve your health, get fit or lose weight doesn’t help either. It’s hard to know what to do, or who to believe.

Well I’ve done the research, the training and (most of) the hard work so you don’t have to.
